Stellum Lyra Single Barrel Bourbon (Flaviar)

Love this pour. Doesn’t burn like a 120

The nose blends wheat and caramel into a nice overall sweet note. The palette is surprisingly spicy for a bourbon, underscored with vanilla and charcoal notes. The finish remains spicy, but is rather smooth for 114 proof.

Caramel and vanilla on the nose. Taste is spicy rather than sweet as you'd expect , with notes of cherry and oak as the kick dissipates.
