Palate: caramel chocolate front, suede, hint of juicy green grape vesicle.
Finish: crisp apple peel, lingering bite. Burnt candy.

Dark cherry, oak, ethanol, caramel, vanilla, tannins, baked apple, rye spice. Finish lingers nicely and this is well balanced for the higher proof point. Very enjoyable bourbon.
