Nose: French vanilla  Mouthfeel: Supple wave of smattering piranha bites Palate: caramel chocolate front, suede, hint of juicy green grape vesicle. Finish: crisp apple peel, lingering bite. Burnt candy. Rating: it’s nice, very nice 9/10 Price paid: $50 Value rating: 10/10 -

Reviewed April 13, 2023Dark cherry, oak, ethanol, caramel, vanilla, tannins, baked apple, rye spice. Finish lingers nicely and this is well balanced for the higher proof point. Very enjoyable bourbon.
