Suntory Toki

Crisp apple and a little peppery on the nose. Apple, pear and plum on the palate. Finish is decently long. Hot and peppery. This is my first venture into Japanese whisky, and it feels like a good place to start. Total opposite end of the spectrum from something with a lot of charred oak or peat.

Ok-ok. Tastes good when keeping it in the fridge.

First time. Not in my usual wheelhouse but thought I would give it a go.
