Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year

I am not a big Scotch fan but this is amazing. Very rich and sweet, doesn't need any water or ice. The nose is sweet almost like a Bourbon or a corn whiskey but more complex like English toffee with a drop of vanilla and oak. It is sweet on the pallet but no molasses, much lighter and drinkable. A little spicy but very rich.
