Macallan Fine Oak 10 Year

Nice and smooth. It worked very well as a palate cleanser at the bourbon & scotch tasting earlier. I could see myself settling in with this on movie night, too. Very "crushable" (if I may borrow a bit of craft beer terminology).

This is a very good starter scotch. Sweeter profile with not much burn. Easy drinker.

Solid 4. Nose is macallan and hard to distinguish anything else. It's like a sweet oak taste with some sheryy. Very good. Does leave the tongue numb from spicyness or burn
