It's tullamore for sure, it has that Cooper pot finish I expect and have learned is typical with Irish pot still whiskey, the rum finish is very subtle. Considering it was a cheap bottle I'd likely buy it over regular tullamore as I like the sweet finish. Even if it's subtle.
Smells of bananas. Heat at first, settles quick to banana and caramel. Fairly sweet for an Irish whisky. Rum barrel aging adds a good touch. Different but a good whisky. Worth a try.
