Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey (Sourced Whiskey)

Light vanilla and alcohol aroma. Fruity flavor. A few drops of water intensifies the vanilla and adds a honey butter note to the aroma and brings out soft wood notes in the finish. Very smooth.

Flaviar Advent Calendar. Nose: rich oily smell, vanilla, wood, caramel. Palate: grass, mild sweetness. Very short finish, light in mouth. Don't need to revisit

Flaviar Advent Calendar Day 16: very mellow to the nose, taste of botanicals comes throw on first sip. Not getting much of the other profiles, so leaves a little to desire, but still a good sipping whiskey

Buttery. Smoked wood. Oak. Maple and vanilla.

Delicious. Lots of flavor, but nothing unusual. A bit of heat, in a good way.
