Tasting Notes
"It's all apples on the nose, with overripe apples, sour apple candy, orchard fruits, and honey. A more floral side shows on the palate, with potpourri and heather, along with hay, grain, and burnt toffee, along with baked apples. There's a spicy flourish on a short, dry finish, featuring black pepper, cinnamon, and tannic oak."
