Weller Antique 107 Bourbon

My go to pour. Never lets me down.

Cherries and spice on the nose, basically smells like a pie. Incredibly rich nose. A real cinnamon bomb on the palate. The cherries are still there too, as is vanilla and a hint of pepper. A smooth, sweet wheater with a little kick... this is a truly interesting bottle at the price point.

I don't get much burn nor alcohol. mouthfeel is almost creamy. sticky honey jar with some vanilla extract. aroma is phenomenal. easy drinking, very approachable wheated bourbon.

One of my favorite bourbons! not easy to find but a gem if you come across it

Fantastic bourbon. If it weren’t so hard to find, it’s be a daily sipper.
