Weller Full Proof Bourbon

Gooder than a motherfucker!!!!

The dust tells me I’ve had this case of Weller Full Proof longer than it feels like I have. I want to say 2019 but perhaps longer. But ever since the intentional sabotage of our currency and our food supply chain it seems everyone has forgotten how to produce and ship goods and the supply hasn’t been able to find and reach rhe demand and so now we have to dig into our stashes and we are not happy but sometimes secretly happy about it. Any excuse to drink this gem is a good one. It’s hot and butterscotch and apple and oak and vanilla and it’s manly AF. I realize I may have just offended some birthing person somewhere for daring to define what a man is but once you drink this you’ll find out what gender you are, for real. I follow science.

Tons of vanilla and oak on nose. Taste follows with warm slight cinnamon. Absolutely delicious.

Blind high proof bourbon sample number four from @Bourbon_Obsessed_Lexington Lighter nose than the previous 3. Apple, butterscotch, vanilla, cherry. Creamy butterscotch palate, vanilla, apple. Really not sure what this could be. Removing the blue tape reveals...Weller Full Proof. I don't remember this one being in the mix. In fact, of the ones I've tried so far, I think I've only had one that I had actually asked to try. So I'm in the big bonus here. Quite generous of BOL to send all these fabulous pours. This one has been on my wishlist, so super excited to have been able to try. And it lives up to the hype. I wouldn't have imagined this was as much better than OWA than it is.
