Reviewed April 15, 2022Sweet, smooth, and rich honey, caramel notes. No burn or rye spice (obviously since it’s a wheater). If it wasn’t so hard to find, this would be one to keep around. -

Reviewed March 14, 2022 (edited June 4, 2022)This bourbon is my definition of perfect. The secondary market value is a joke though as is the secondary market as a whole, but I digress. This single barrel is perfectly balanced with the just right amount of everything that makes a bourbon a bourbon. This has a savoriness that hits my palate just right and has a pleasant and subtle-sweetness that comes from the wheat which I find to be absolutely perfect. I also get cinnamon, caramel, and mild oak. Despite all the Weller’s being made of the same mashbill, this single battle is pulled at 97 proof, which is just right for this particular bourbon IMO.49.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed March 12, 2022 (edited July 9, 2022)Sweet with brown sugar and barrel notes on the nose. On the palate it's oaky and rich, the heat from the extra proof is nice, but it's still pleasant to drink neat. Thanks for the pour Squints!
