WhistlePig 10 Year Single Barrel Rye

Smoother than I would have thought. Carmel and popcorn.

Smooth and mellow for a rye. Banana and vanilla come to mind. Flavor dissipates rather quickly leaving a subtle sour on the back of the tongue. Still, there is little to complain about. Overall an excellent choice!

Unique taste

Overall it’s a solid RYE. For the price I had higher expectations. Would look for cheaper alternatives.
