Smells strangely like absinthe. Soooo sweet, I’m going to have to get some soda water to cut this with.

Honey. Decent Southern style whiskey. This is the best flavored whiskey I've had -- more nuanced than Jim Beam or Evan Williams flavored, but overwhelmingly honey nonetheless. I enjoy it by itself over ice.
