Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon

Nose: Cinnamon, vanilla, oak Palate: Strong spiciness, vanilla, sweet Finish: Very oaky spicy finish Not as good as the great barrel proof bourbons, but for this price it's excellent.

Rich, seeet, and oaky. A bit of spice and fruit. Definitely getting the corn and some nuttiness. Nice finish. A little water tanrs the proof and sweetems it further. Something about the taste profile that is not up my alley (too nutty I think), but overall it's pretty darn good. Barrel proof and price just sweetens the deal.

Vanilla caramel nose, some instant spice on the top of the tongue gives way to a nice rich palate with some definite cinnamon. Long finish. Awesome
