Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon

It has that Barrel Proof bite but it’s still smooth. Even with the bite it doesn’t flood you with the alcohol taste. Love the finish. Very woody and nutty.

Spicy and hot, yet hints of caramel and brown sugar. Deep color.

Might need a few more pours to really get this down...but holy smokes just a complex and full bourbon...nose get oak, spice and a touch of mint...flavor get sweetness and spicy - like a cinnamon candy flavor, toasted oak and some tobacco...finish is 10/10 think it will be a burn and feel it but it really becomes smooth and mellow for 116 proof
