Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon

Nose: light oak, citrus, honey, herbs, very fresh smelling. Palate: coats the mouth very well, I get notes of oak, caramel, rye spice, honey, and some sort of unique sweetness that I can’t quite pin point, this is delicious. I can’t wait to try it again in a couple weeks, I’m sure this will get much sweeter.

Super smooth with little residual bite.

Spicy at first, warm finish. Lots of flavor but not harsh
