Woodford Reserve Straight Rye

Spicy, herbal, slightly sour, and a little sweet. Finish is long but slightly too "dry" for my taste. Has a sharp, in-your-face taste up front that is best in small quantities.

Very nice. Very fruity with mild spice.

In der Nase frisches Holz und Wiese. Im Geschmack kommt dann Karamell und ein Hauch von Tabak dazu. Im Gesamten ein recht frische, aber nicht typischer Rye mit einer leicht herben Note. Ist für das Geld o.k. , gibt es aber bessere.

Over ice. Nice rye. Nothing stands out but it's a tasty sipper.

Incredible for the price. Complex and full bodied, great spice. Decent lingering finish.
