Writers' Tears Double Oak

Vanilla and fruits on the nose. Crisp fruits on the palate with a slightly bitter finish

The nose is dominated by vanilla, supported by light floral notes. The palette is lighter vanilla with notes of wood char and brine. The finish is surprisingly spicy and some of the sweetness of the vanilla notes lingers.

A little burny. Heavy vanilla notes (really pleasant). Smooth with a calm finish.
