Yamazaki 12 Year

Very light color (compared to bourbons). Medium sized fast tails. Nose is light and enjoyable. Palette is also mild, possibly too mild for my cask strength bourbon tastes. The palette develops some tingle as it develops and lingers after swallowing. No burn.

Sweet and very smooth. Not much of a burn.

Dull, dry bitter finish, nothing like I thought it would be. Not terrible, would buy if under $50
