This is an absolutely lovely pour. The color is a gorgeous dark amber. The nose brings fruit, caramel, and vanilla notes, along with the classic Dickel "vitamin" note. The difference here is the richness and pleasantness of the combined notes in the glass. The palate brings immediate immediate heat and oak spice, but then turns into baked apples and hints of cinnamon. The finish is medium in length and leaves an oily at first, but then dry mouthfeel. Overall this has been one of the best new pours of the year and I can't wait to revisit it again soon.
