Nose: not picking up a lot…some red fruit sweetness, sweet bread or maybe a glazed donut Palate: powdered donut but a little spicy, toasted bagel Finish: long lasting or maybe I have heart burn Overall: I like what they’re doing at Bardstown. This is a good bottle but expensive. I’m hoping their prices come down as they continue to grow and ramp up production. Will continue to pick up their bottles when I see them. Like the transparency on the label.
