Nose - Fried banana, cinnamon bun, maple syrup, cheap maraschino cherry, mixture of baking spices, and medium ethanol.
Palate - Pureed banana, maple taffy, cinnamon bun with too much vanilla frosting, pumpernickel bread, and chocolate covered cherry. Finish is medium with sticky maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon bun, and a hot kick of ethanol at the end.
This is my least favorite JDSBBP so far, but it's still good. It has all of the classic notes of the previous bottles I've bought. The difference is this smells and tastes a little more artificial, especially the banana and cinnamon notes. It was worse on first crack, but has gotten richer over time. Still a good buy under $70, I just hope the next one is better.

@BDanner I think I just got unlucky
I get that from Jack sometimes (especially the Gentleman Jack). A flavor that's almost plastic or artificial flavoring. My last bottle of JD Bonded (I LOVED the first bottle) even had hints of it.
