A nice complement to the bourbon bottle in this High West gift box. The rye spice is definitely noticeable and welcomed to my palate. Alongside the obvious were some unexpected yet cool flavor/aromatic characters. The whiff test yielded hints of mint, herbs, and honey. The herbal essence translated to the taste with a sidecar of cinnamon candy and soft leather. Slightly sweet and very smooth.
