Cachaça Pinheirinha began its history in 1997, in João Pinheiro, MG, when its founders, Josmar Lopes Rosa and Ione Vieira Lopes decided to diversify the family's rural business, aiming, above all, for the future of their children. So they started the venture and from the beginning they have been working to ensure that a special product reaches you, the consumer. Its production is made with raw materials planted on the farm itself, which maintains its quality from the first minutes of cutting the sugarcane. The fermentation process with constant control of parameters, together with distillation in copper stills, provides a unique combination of aroma and flavor. "We seek in all our processes, from planting to the final product, excellence in quality and the typical flavor of Premium cachaças" adds Emílio Lopes, managing partner of the company. This cachaça was distilled in an alembic, a blend formed by cachaça stored in Amburana, Jequitibá-rosa and Carvalho barrels, bottled at 40% vol. Source: Pinheirinha website.
