Flor de Salinas cachaça is produced on the Angico farm in the city of Salinas. It is part of the portfolio of the same producer as the traditional Sabiá cachaça, and preserves the experience of more than eighty years of history. Resting in umburana barrels, it acquires the color and softness characteristic of this wood. Cachaça is aged for 3 years in Brazilian wood barrels called Amburana or Umburana. Sensory analysis: Straw yellow, aromatic, honey, cinnamon and clove, carpentry wood, alcohol and acidity are balanced, medium final.
