Color: Light Amber Nose: Caramel, brown sugar, with some crisp green apple. Palate: Light bodied with an oily mouthfeel. Caramel and brown sugar at the front, with oak and apples joining in the middle. Finish is a dry rather disappointing one with lingering tart oak that’s hard to really discern what’s going on.
