3.0. First Nose: Wood, wood... First Sip: Oak... 2nd Nose: Vanilla, bananna, 2nd Sip... More Oak, maybe some cherry undertones, 3rd nose: corn.. 3rd sip.. not getting alot of complexity... Just basics... Corn, hint of cherry, more wood... 5 minutes: Few drops of water added.. mellows it a bit... An oaky sipper for sure. Not a favorite of mine.. very smooth, but perhaps too astringent, and not very interesting.
