An excellent bang for your buck rye. Rich caramelized oaky rye with a bite. Not overpowering but it won’t be forgotten. Somewhat similar to what I’d expect a further aged Sazerac would taste like, less fruity sweetness, more concentrated caramelization and spice. I can see it mixing well. A great deal at $47 in Ontario.
