Beautifully smooth for a 100 proof but still with just enough of a bite to remind you that it’s a rye. Honey and plum/fruit sweetness, and gentle oaky rye grain/spice. There’s a depth there that keeps you going back and searching for more. I’m not sure it warrants the price but it’s an excellent rye. $153 in Ontario.
