nose: red delicious apple, nutmeg, rye spice (nutmeg) entry: sweet fruit and intense, like a chewing gum. green apple acidity and tartness gives way to dull cinnamon and white pepper. thick and you feel it going down. finish: long. still spicy but with cantaloupe. water brings out lemongrass and citric tartness. a must buy, esp if a high rye bourbon lover like myself. want to add a spoonful to my favprite bourbons and experiment!
