Taste: nice savory smoke, really tried to find sweetness - maybe some honey Finish: in the words of my wife who begrudgingly touched it to her lips, “Ugh, it doesn’t go away!” After reading reviews: wow, I got the smoked mackerel note and yes it was money on the taste
