I got brown sugar on the nose and a slight hint of spice and the faintest hint of candy corn. Palate was brown sugar all the way. I almost caught some cinnamon but the lady by me had baklava so that could have influenced my taste. the finish was fairly short. It was great but at 90 proof Its missing that pop I want. Bring on the Weller Barrel proof
