I had completely forgotten how complex and rewarding this pour is. So good.
Nose: Starts with the campfire smoke. (Someone grab a guitar and start singing Tom Petty) Then there’s a salty meat thing, but it’s not bacon. I think it’s the ham you get on pizza. Then citrus and sweetness emerges - orange peel and banana bread
Taste: This is where you find the malt. Cereal, sweet, honey. It’s creamy
Finish is peppery and long
