Nose: Classic bourbon ethanol at first, not too complex but still get some sugar and a sweet corn rushing it. Taste: Starts floral and sweet, a bite of a warm sugar cookie, but full notes of cinnamon and herbs ease in the mouth in what is a consistently medium finish.
