Tasted 11/7/19 I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The pallet has a slight oak flavor and the finishing barrel was a nice touch to a medium sweet profile. At first the the finish had kind of a waxy flavor in a good way, but once you know it’s finishing oak once held Cabernet wine it makes sense!
