Yamazaki Spanish Oak Sherry Cask: Amazing, notes of Raisins, Floral notes, Chocolate, Rancio, Red Berries, Vanilla, Toffee, Pepper, Coffee, nuts such as Almonds. 13 years Yamazaki Mizunara: Great with notes of Apple, Sandalwood, Tropical Fruit, Pepper, Mint, Vanilla, and Floral notes. 12-15 years. Hakushu Smoky: notes of Peat, Caramel, Floral, Chocolate, Cherry, Pepper, Tar Liked the 3 Yamazaki components the most with sherry on top. Those 3 individuals also outweighed the sum.
