Ahh, Elijah Craig can do no wrong. Smoky, sweet and fruity BBQ nose. Strong, but not alcohol forward. The palate is at first fruity with lots of vanilla, fnishing spicy and finally a mild doughy pie. This is a particularly high proof even for ECBP but you'd never guess it. It does finish with a nice warm chest. Truly delicious.
