Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

I’m a big fan of the Willett 4year rye so I was curious how their bourbon stacks up. Their rye is a very interesting mash bill and tastes much different than your typical Kentucky ryes. This bourbon surprisingly has a really similar taste profile to the rye which probably means it’s a high rye mash bill. Still it’s an enjoyable pour with a lot of heavy oak on the palate. This bourbon is noticeably different from other Kentucky bourbons.
