Neat. Nose is oak, earth, leather, herbs, with slight roasted agave, char, and a hint of vanilla. Very lovely and counter to many that are on the sweet/vanilla side. Taste is fairly light and starts with the oak, then mild sweetness from agave, honey/light caramel, anise. Finish is light and clean with some herbal bitterness, very light sweetness and an oily mouthfeel
I really like what this tequila brings to my collection. The earthy/herbal/oily combination is unique and is a nice contrast to so many other tequilas. I'll keep a bottle around for the variety, but value is iffy for a regular pour
