Very similar to the diamond cask (obviously, is the same whiskey just aged in a sherry cask after). smell is sweet malt and vanilla maple. Taste is tobacco, dry tannins, spicy cayanne, and a long vanilla caramel finish. Very smooth. Wonderful.
