Nose: Vanilla, some cherry notes are accented well with the sherry and a bit of the typical Japanese floral notes mixed with a bit of cooked grains Palate: Lots of Oloroso sherry notes and ripe cherries dominate the initial tasting. Very smooth with a bit of oakiness complemented by the floral notes again. It has a younger taste to it though. Finish: Citrus zest and more vanilla on the back end. Stewed stone fruits as well. A very good expression!
