Nose is all cinnamon red hots, amber honey, graham crackers, and butterscotch. Quite expressive nose for a young bourbon. More time in the glass reveals layers of milk chocolate and orange. Rich and oily mouthfeel. Lots of toasty marshmallow, dark honey, cinnamon, and sweet tobacco. Finish is medium in length with a light Kentucky hug. Proof is just about perfect for me. Easy to love this whiskey. Its full flavored, great proof, inexpensive, unique, and satisfying. I look forward to drinking more Chattanooga in the future when their stocks gain more age.
