Senior Mobile Engineer

Full Time Job Description Distiller is looking for talented engineers to drive major development initiatives across a variety of mobile platforms including iOS, Android, and Web. You will work on an award-winning product that people use to discover distilled spirits. We are an ever growing platform with lots of opportunity to take on new projects and features, learn useful new skills, and be a large part of feature planning. We are a fast moving shop with a continuous delivery pipeline. Content Manager

Full Time Job Description Distiller is the world’s largest whiskey and spirits focused app, and enables users to discover, rate, review, and discuss spirits that they’re trying with people all over the world. We’re an award winning platform aiming to bring people together around the spirits they love. Our office is located in Belltown, Seattle, WA. Responsibilities/Duties: - Research information on spirits from all over the world and write content for spirits pages for the Distiller website and applications - Manage various social media properties for the Distiller brand - Interact with users in the Distiller website and applications - Manage, train, and oversee content creation interns and their work - Answer incoming support tickets from Distiller users - Assist in fan contests and giveaways - Manage spirit samples sent to Distiller headquarters for review purposes Requirements: - BA/BS - Highly motivated & organized - Strong writing and research skills - Ability & desire to be a self-starter that takes the initiative - Desire to work hands on with the product and Distiller users - A desire to constantly learn about the wide world of distilled spirits - Strong social media management skills - Very strong written, oral, and communication skills - Interest in whiskey and distilled spirits - Organized reporting and presentation skills - Knowledge of basic Photoshop a huge plus APPLY FOR THIS JOB

Tasting Table Members

Part Time/Contract- Worldwide

Job Description

We are always looking to add new members to our Tasting Table. Tasting Table members receive samples from brands from around the world and follow our rating guidelines to create reviews for the Distiller platform. Skills & Requirements - A minimum of 5 years experience working in the spirits industry as a buyer, tasting expert, judge, educator, bar tender, or proprietor. - Strong writing skills - Ability to commit to a consistent review delivery schedule - Highly organized and motivated personality - Desire to help educate consumers about new products - Access to samples or ability to source samples through industry contacts is a huge plus APPLY FOR THIS JOB

Engineering Intern

Part Time - Seattle, WA

Job Description Distiller is looking for spirits loving engineering interns to assist our Sr. Director of Engineering with development work, bugs, and development of the Distiller web and mobile products. You will gain hands on experience, and you will work on an award-winning product that teaches people about spirits. In office tastings and visits from brands are common, so if you love spirits and code, this is the best internship on earth! We will work with you to find ideal days for you to come work. We can also work with your school or internship program to provide credit if needed. This is a part time position.
