Nose: creme brûlée, leather, oak, “dark” Palate: spice, leather, muted sweetness, peanut butter on the end Finish: peanuts, oak

Nose: brown sugar, oak, vanilla, some spicy bites, no burn really Palate: oak, green banana but in a good way, CARAMEL, burnt sugar, thin mouthfeel, Finish: OAK, vanilla, very little burn

Nose: lots of cherry, some vanilla, light oak Palate: citrus, cherries, vanilla, brown sugar, banana nut bread Finish: spice, rye?, very quick but pleasurable

Nose: little ethanol but not much, not quite ripe banana, white sugar Palate: green banana, vague vanilla Finish: pretty quick, but caramel way at the end Second visit: opened up, more sugar on the nose, caramel, and vanilla on the nose, still some banana but riper and sugary on the palate, leaves a small tingle on the tongue on the finish

Nose: cereal, caramel after sitting out for 20 Palate: cereal, leather, just straight sugar Finish: super short, all white sugar

Nose: caramel, burnt sugar, apples Palate: spice and caramel Finish: caramel, spice

Nose: brown sugar, banana candy, something else I can’t place my finger on Palate: banana candy, light vanilla Finish: medium mouthfeel, taste lingers nicely, a little spice at the end

Nose: getting maple syrup, a little caramel, a little cherry cough syrup but not in a bad way Palate: oak, brown sugar, a little astringent, dry mouthfeel Finish: astringent, feel it on the front of my tongue

Nose: cherry bubblegum, a little oak Palate: vanilla, oak Finish: bubblegum, very brief
