Tastes

This is more my speed. Cinnamon and oak are up front. Caramel in the background. Nice long finish. For the price, proof, and palate this is a great whiskey.

Hot Cherry cough syrup. Thankfully the caramel helps it some. The finish is very long. Not my cup of tea, I really hoped I'd love it.

Rye spice, oak, caramel. Not allocated good, but for retail. For.the price everyone should have a go with it.

Very sweet Cherries and caramel. I enjoyed this. Also used it to caramelize onions, in my opinion the best cooking whiskey I've used.

Rye spice, cherries, leather, some char smoke. I'm finding I do not like any whiskey with cherries and spice. Does have a bit of a longer finish for the proof.
