Appearance: the bottle presents with a green label and dark wood cap. The label is intertwined with ribbons of gold that looks quit lovely. Nose: A whiskey beginner more accustomed to bourbon will notice a few differences in this nose. I get hints of pine and eucalyptus with some underlying fruit if apple and pear. Palate: This whiskey feels thin on the palate but is long lasting on the finish. It starts with a hint of mint and herbs with a light fruit mid palate. It finishes with some white pepper and lingers for a few moments before subtly fading. In summary, I think this is a very refreshing rye that is quite enjoyable. That being said, for the cost I think there are options I prefer over this one. I purchased this when I was at the distillery in Tennessee and they were sold out of their signature straight whiskey. I am glad I bough a bottle but may try other options when I return in the future. Additionally: when consumed with a light pipe tobacco the palate an almost sweet peaches and cream flavor40.0 USD per Bottle

Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 6, 2021 (edited February 23, 2021)Appearance: The white label sets this whiskey apart from the rest of the Evan Williams line. Other than that in my option nothing crazy about its overall presentation. When poured, it is light amber in color. Nose: Someone new to whiskey will probably mostly get some brown sugar and banana notes on the nose with a possible faint hint of peanut dust. Palate: This whiskey is light and thin feeling in the mouth. The largest notes come from the spice present with some oak and fruit notes as well. The finish has some white pepper with a bit of a bite coming from the 100 proof. Overall not a bad bourbon for the price. Personally I’m not as big of a fan because I tend to like thicker feeling whiskey and this is rather thin. However, for a person just getting into bourbon this has most of the notes you would think of when drinking a bourbon. Would never turn down a glass if it was offered to me.15.0 USD per Bottle
