Good but not great. Lots of cinnamon and black pepper. Very drinkable budget whiskey. The small batch is considerably better.

Heavy cherry up front. Some interesting herbal notes along with almond syrup and oak. Tobacco on the finish. I liked it best with a little water. Made a great sour too. Preferred strength: add 1 ml water to 30 ml pour.

Wonderful. Rich flavors, nuttiness, dark fruit. There’s a lot of complexity delivered in a very rounded smooth whisky. Hits all the right notes for me and is one I’ll likely keep coming back to. I don’t recommend adding water personally.
