Tastes

Wow. This is a must for anyone into dark smokey oak. The nose is really sweet with the what you'd expect from a bourbon but takes on a deep long oakiness that last for ages. I could sit and get lost this is amazing aroma. The taste is just like the nose with heavy oak sweet caramel and vanilla. You Gotta buy this.

When I first tried this I was blown away. The nose is sweet with caramel and vanilla, with a little charred oak. To taste is sweet again. This is a really good bourbon. You Gotta try it.

I could not wait to try this as I'd heard and read a lot about it but was disappointed when I tasted. I could of been my bottle as I have only tasted from mine but the nose was really lively with vanilla and caramel with oak but when I tasted I was not impressed. I would still recommend you try this in a bar first.

This is a superb strong bourbon. Tasted neat it has plenty of fire. Add a splash of water and leave for a few minutes and this bad boy really opens up and becomes really smooth. The nose is much more approachable when watered down and lots of vanilla and caramel as you would expect.
