we have an "expert" on the first page of this product who seems to push you to buy as expensive as possible to find real quality - vax fck!! btw Jim Murray gave 88 ... and this "expert" 81... Tomatin legacy is the first "entry level" single malt that has a taste and rich aromas of fruit, vanilla, malt like some of the top ones with many more years in barrels. experiment: put it in the glass of some "experts" without knowing what single malt it is - let it breathe a bit... if they don't know it, you'll see what they say... after several bottles I think will increase the score :)

A single malt only for those who are not in a hurry to drink it right away... leave it for at least 15 min. in the glass and it becomes excellent - nothing peaty, just fruity aromas and vanilla.

it is a rich whisky - a mixture of all that is good something peaty, smoky and spicyyyy...

Soft peat and smoky - very very enjoyable.

Balanced aroma and spices. Rich very rich - Excellent.

when you expect too much ... you realize that your bottle has nothing to do with Laphroaig ... 10 or Quarter Cask

some smoky blended malt whisky which is not so smooth or rich how they pretend...

some spices, vanilla fruit and between smokey - well balanced - goooood!

nuts... creamy; very good value for money
