Not bad for the young age. Smooth with a touch of sweet to start. Nice Rye flavor. For $40, not worth it at 83 proof. Other MGP ryes are better

Pretty much summed up by, "meh." kind of sweet and actually pretty smooth. Kind of surprised by all the people saying it's bitter and hot. Mine in muted and boring... Oh well. Worth a try.

Really great barrel. Balanced flavor, oak and vanilla with just a touch of heat. Well rounded and balanced. A little oily on the finish. Overall a great bottle

Super smooth, not too spicy with a good Carmel flavor. Not as thick and oily as a like, a bit thin but good flavor. A great craft whiskey. Will definitely buy again

A lot of raw wood and grain in this one. If this was older and in a big boy barrel and not a small one, it could really be amazing. As it is, it's way over priced. Lots of potential but not nearly worth the price
